Estamos em busca de um Garantista que será responsável por administrar, analisar e processar solicitações de garantia de veículos junto à montadora, garantindo o correto enquadramento dos reparos, cumprimento das normas e prazos e o ressarcimento adequado à concessionária.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Analisar ordens de serviço e identificar reparos enquadrados em garantia, recall ou extensão de garantia;
  • Abrir, acompanhar e encerrar processos de garantia no sistema da montadora;
  • Conferir procedimentos técnicos, peças e tempos de mão de obra conforme os critérios do fabricante;
  • Elaborar e enviar relatórios, laudos e documentações exigidas;
  • Acompanhar solicitações, tratando pendências, recusas e glosas;
  • Orientar mecânicos e consultores sobre os procedimentos de garantia;
  • Controlar prazos de garantia de veículos, peças e serviços;
  • Gerenciar campanhas de recall e chamados técnicos;
  • Controlar e conciliar os valores ressarcidos pela montadora;
  • Organizar documentos para auditorias e interagir com representantes da montadora.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com processos de garantia automotiva, oficina ou pós-vendas;
  • Domínio de informática;
  • Atenção a normas, prazos e critérios técnicos;
  • Organização e capacidade de análise;
  • Conhecimento de processos e sistemas de garantia será um diferencial.
