Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como Operador(a) de Televendas Ativo, com foco em prospecção e venda de produtos alimentícios para clientes da carteira e novos clientes.

Preferência para profissionais com experiência anterior em vendas de alimento e televenda ATIVA. A vaga requer realização diária de ligações para oferta de produtos, negociação e fechamento de vendas.

Principais Atividades:

  • Realizar ligações ativas para clientes e potenciais clientes (telefone, whatsApp, e-mail e CRM)
  • Apresentar e vender os produtos;
  • Negociar preços, prazos e condições comerciais
  • Atualizar informações no sistema/CRM
  • Acompanhar pedidos e manter relacionamento com clientes
  • Cumprir metas e indicadores comerciais

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência com telemarketing ativo ou vendas por telefone e canais digitais;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de segunda a sexta no CIC;
  • Boa comunicação verbal
  • Facilidade para lidar com pessoas
  • Perfil proativo e focado em resultados
  • Interesse em atuar com vendas ativas por telefone
  • Assiduidade e pontualidade

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia com vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou telemarketing;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e facilidade com sistemas;
  • Boa comunicação e proatividade no atendimento;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com metas.
