Realizar tarefas operacionais de baixa complexidade, sendo o responsável pelo levantamento, coleta e estruturação básica de dados (texto, tabelas e gráficos), execução de tarefas de rotina de média complexidade como a elaboração de documentos e cronogramas de acompanhamento de ações, aplicando soluções definidas pelos profissionais da CONTRATADA que atuam nas demandas de complexidade superior, bem como gestores e especialistas

Dar suporte ao planejamento e execução nos processos de gestão e controle de projetos para demandas de todas as gerências de BÚZIOS, utilizando os sistemas de gestão, ferramentas e métodos para controle e monitoramento de negócios.

Dar suporte no preparo das reuniões de planejamento, gestão, controle, monitoramento, análise, resposta e atendimento as demandas de projetos.

Apoiar na elaboração do relatório de termo de abertura de projeto ou programa de Alta/Média/Baixa Complexidade, contendo objetivo e escopo do projeto, cronograma validado, metodologia a ser aplicada para melhoria de processo ou atividade, planejamento de recursos e demais itens do projeto ou programa, produtos a serem entregues, requisitos e restrições, levantamento de stakeholders, gestão de riscos, planejamento de operação assistida e demais itens de gerenciamento de projetos que possam contribuir para a efetividade de um projeto ou programa de Alta/Média/Baixa Complexidade, bem como o suporte a apresentações do projeto.

Escolaridade:

Curso de graduação de nível superior em Administração (CBO 2521-05), Engenharia (CBO 214), Contabilidade (CBO 2522-10), Direito (CBO 2410), Economia (CBO 2512-05), Análise de Tecnologia da Informação (CBO 2124), ou Administrador de Tecnologia da Informação (CBO 2123) ou outras áreas correlatas à especialidade desde que validada pela gestão contratual.

Conhecimento específico:

Experiência de atuação nas seguintes especialidades: Gerenciamento de Projetos ou outras áreas correlatas à especialidade desde que validada pela gestão contratual.

Requisitos Necessários Conhecimento avançado em pacote office (excel, powerpoint, Project, etc) Visão de gerenciamento de projetos Capacidade analítica de indicadores e processos Boa capacidade de comunicação.

Requisitos Diferenciais Noções de Gestão por Processos, para estruturação e integração de diferentes áreas Noções de governança de dados e qualidade de dados.
