Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos uma pessoa Jovem Aprendiz para apoiar as atividades da área de Tecnologia da Informação (TI), contribuindo com o atendimento aos colaboradores, organização de equipamentos e atualização de controles internos.

Essa é uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja iniciar sua trajetória profissional na área de tecnologia, desenvolver novas habilidades e adquirir experiência prática em um ambiente corporativo dinâmico e colaborativo.

Vaga Hibrida (2x) para atuar no nosso escritorio localizado no centro do Rio de Janeiro

Principais responsabilidades

  • Suporte técnico: Apoiar no atendimento de primeiro nível (N1) aos colaboradores internos, auxiliando em demandas simples, como redefinição de senhas, orientações básicas sobre sistemas e instalação de softwares, por meio de e-mail, sistema de chamados e WhatsApp.
  • Gestão e logística de equipamentos: Auxiliar na organização, preparação e envio de equipamentos de TI, como notebooks e celulares, incluindo embalagem, identificação e emissão de etiquetas para coleta pelas transportadoras.
  • Organização de documentos: Apoiar na elaboração, atualização e organização de documentos e controles administrativos da área, incluindo Termos de Responsabilidade de equipamentos.
  • Controle de inventário: Contribuir para a atualização dos registros de equipamentos de TI, garantindo que as informações estejam organizadas e alinhadas às movimentações de entrega, coleta e devolução.
  • Apoio às rotinas da equipe: Colaborar com as atividades operacionais e administrativas do time de TI, seguindo os procedimentos internos e contando com a orientação dos profissionais da área.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Interesse em aprender e desenvolver conhecimentos na área de Tecnologia da Informação.
  • Conhecimentos básicos em informática e no Pacote Office, especialmente Word e Excel.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento.
  • Proatividade, curiosidade e vontade de aprender.
