ATRIBUIÇÃO

  1. Analisar processos de negócio (as-is), antecipação de requisitos e busca por melhorias;
  2. Mapear processos, contemplando: Metodologia de execução de cada serviço; Mapeamento do fluxo das atividades, conforme metodologia 5W1H; Desenho dos processos; Fluxogramas; Textos descritivos; Identificação de tarefas críticas; elaboração de padrão para o sistema de gestão da PETROBRAS;
  3. Revisar e organizar requisitos, desenhar processos (to-be), validar, verificr informações e identificar possíveis soluções;
  4. Validar soluções para atender às necessidades e requisitos de negócios, remover restrições, barreiras à adoção e apuração de resultados;
  5. Analisar os principais KPI da cadeia de valor da Gerência Executiva AGP, garantindo a sua qualidade e precisão;
  6. Criar dashboards de análise e verificação de qualidade de dados para uso pela equipes de Planejmento e Controle Integrado;
  7. Entender de detalhes técnicos, síntese em PowerPoint claros e visuais para resumos executivos e detalhamento de documento em Word para communicat em todos os níveis hieráquicos;
  8. Estabelecer opções claras para a tomada de decisões que representem várias visões das partes interessadas, direcionando para ação;
  9. Interpretar dados e análise de como os ativos performam na cadeia de valor: realização, desvios, tendências e projeção.
  10. E outras atividades similares de mesma complexidade e escopo.

CONHECIMENTOS E HABILIDADES ESPERADAS

  • Conhecimento avançado de EXCEL para manipulação de grande quantidade de dados;
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com a capacidade de dividir tópicos complexos em soluções simples e a capacidade de contar uma ótima história que reúne todas as partes interessadas;
  • Conhecimentos dos softwares MIRO, Vision e outros relacioanados ao mapeamento de processo;
  • Obcecado pelo cliente e pelos dados, sempre aprendendo e refinando seu plano para fornecer insights do usuário e máximo impacto nos negócios;
  • Um senso de propriedade e responsabilidade pessoal, juntamente com a capacidade de gerenciar prazos e expectativas das partes interessadas internas;
  • Experiencia em planejamento e controle e desenvolvimento de processo e reengenharia;
  • Desevolver e operacionalizar dados/métricas (e.g. requisitos para os resultados do negócio e geração de valor); Desejável conhecimento em SQL para consulta de base de dados e geração de análises.

FORMAÇÃO

Nível Superior em: Engenharia. Com registro regular no respectivo conselho de classe.
