Deine Rolle

Als Principal Consultant* – Project Manager im Bereich Credit & Capital Management übernimmst Du die Leitung wirkungsvoller Beratungsprojekte für führende globale Banken. Du trägst die Verantwortung für Programm-Mobilisierung, Delivery Governance, Abhängigkeitsmanagement und Stakeholder-Abstimmung in groß angelegten Transformationsinitiativen im Kreditumfeld. Die Rolle verbindet strategische Steuerung mit operativer Führung interdisziplinärer Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die End-to-End-Umsetzung komplexer Programme im Kredit- und Kapitalmanagement – von der Mobilisierung bis zur Implementierung
  • Aufbau und Steuerung robuster Governance-Strukturen, Delivery-Pläne, RAID-Management und Reporting auf Management-Ebene
  • Koordination von Business-, Technologie-, Daten-, Risiko- und Operations-Teams entlang des gesamten Kreditprozesses
  • Steuerung von Entscheidungsprozessen, Lösungsfindung bei Herausforderungen und Sicherstellung der Stakeholder-Abstimmung in dynamischen, regulierten Umfeldern
  • Unterstützung der Kundenführung bei Programmsteuerung, Wertrealisierung und Umsetzungsplanung zur Sicherstellung messbarer Ergebnisse

Dein Profil

  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Programmmanagement im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld, idealerweise im Kredit-, Lending- oder Risikotransformationsumfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Kredit- und Kapitalmanagementprozessen (z. B. Origination, Underwriting, Portfolioüberwachung und regulatorische Anforderungen)
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung groß angelegter Transformationsprogramme im Corporate-, Commercial- oder Wholesale-Banking
  • Erfahrung mit agilen, hybriden oder klassischen Delivery-Methoden sowie in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Stakeholder-Management- und Delivery-Fähigkeiten, einschließlich Erfahrung mit Senior-Governance-Gremien
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung mit Basel oder anderen regulatorischen Transformationsinitiativen im Kapitalmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in datengetriebener Transformation, Workflow-Digitalisierung oder Implementierung von Kreditplattformen
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum oder SAFe
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Beratungsumfeldern
