Om oss

Capio BUP Falun bedriver specialistpsykiatrisk öppenvård för barn och unga på uppdrag av Region Dalarna. Vi erbjuder bedömning, utredning och behandling vid psykisk ohälsa och neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar.

Arbetet sker i samverkan med barnet eller ungdomen, vårdnadshavare och, när det behövs, skola, socialtjänst och andra vårdgivare.

Hos oss finns ett tydligt fokus på tillgänglig, trygg, patientcentrerad och evidensbaserad vård. Mottagningen präglas av teamarbete, korta beslutsvägar och ett gemensamt ansvar för kvalitet, patientsäkerhet och verksamhetsutveckling.

Din roll

Som specialistläkare har du en central medicinsk roll i verksamheten. Du bidrar både i det kliniska arbetet och i utvecklingen av medicinska arbetssätt, rutiner och kvalitet.

För rätt person finns även möjlighet till ett utökat uppdrag som medicinskt ansvarig läkare för verksamheten.

I rollen ingår bland annat:

Genomföra psykiatriska bedömningar, diagnostik och behandlingsplanering för barn och ungdomar

  • Ansvara för medicinsk behandling och strukturerade läkemedelsuppföljningar
  • Medverka i neuropsykiatriska utredningar och bedömningar vid komplex psykiatrisk problematik
  • Samverka med vårdnadshavare, skola, socialtjänst, primärvård, habilitering och andra vårdgivare
  • Bidra till kvalitetssäkring, patientsäkerhetsarbete samt utveckling av medicinska rutiner och arbetssätt

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad läkare med specialistkompetens inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatri eller vuxenpsykiatri. Du som är specialist inom vuxenpsykiatri och vill utvecklas inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatri är varmt välkommen att söka.

Du har ett genuint intresse för barn och ungas psykiska hälsa och vill bidra till en trygg, kvalitativ och patientcentrerad vård. Erfarenhet från BUP och/eller neuropsykiatriska utredningar är meriterande.

Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, uppskattar tvärprofessionellt samarbete och har god förmåga att kommunicera och skapa förtroende i mötet med barn och unga, vårdnadshavare och andra samverkansparter.
