The posting

Capio Bemanning erbjuder flexibla och varierande bemanningsuppdrag för läkare, sjuksköterskor och paramedicinare inom bland annat geriatrik, rehabilitering, ASIH, palliativ slutenvård, läkarinsatser i särskilt boende och primärvård. Uppdragen varierar från enstaka pass till längre uppdrag. Kvalitet, medkänsla och ansvar är vårt fundament och ska prägla allt vi gör.

Din roll

Vi söker nu en underläkare eller legitimerad läkare med erfarenhet av ASIH och palliativ vård för ett längre konsultuppdrag inom avancerad sjukvård i hemmet, ASIH, och specialiserad palliativ slutenvård, SPSV, i område 5 i Stockholm.

Start: Omgående Omfattning: Enligt överenskommelse Arbetstid: Dagtid vardagar, enligt verksamhetens behov Uppdragsperiod: Omgående till minst 31 januari 2027

Verksamheten utgår från lokaler på Gamla Karolinska sjukhuset. Uppdraget omfattar ASIH i område 5, som innefattar innerstaden, Lidingö och Solna, samt en specialiserad palliativ slutenvårdsavdelning med 12 vårdplatser. ASIH-verksamheten omfattar cirka 60 patienter.

Som konsult blir du en del av en verksamhet som erbjuder personcentrerad och sammanhållen vård för patienter med komplexa medicinska och palliativa vårdbehov. Du arbetar i nära samarbete med ett multiprofessionellt team med bland annat läkare, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor och rehabiliteringsprofessioner.

Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat:

  • Medicinska bedömningar, behandlingar och uppföljningar inom ASIH och SPSV.
  • Rondarbete och medicinska avstämningar i multiprofessionellt team.
  • Hembesök inom ASIH-verksamheten.
  • Samverkan med patienter, närstående och andra vårdaktörer.
  • Medverkan till god kontinuitet, trygghet och kvalitet i den palliativa vården.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är underläkare eller legitimerad läkare och har erfarenhet av arbete inom ASIH, specialiserad palliativ vård eller annan vård för patienter med komplexa medicinska behov.

Du har goda kunskaper i svenska och uttrycker dig obehindrat i tal och skrift. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll och har förmåga att arbeta självständigt inom ramen för uppdraget, samtidigt som du uppskattar nära samarbete med andra professioner och ansvarig specialistläkare.

Som person är du kommunikativ, flexibel och lösningsorienterad. Du bidrar med engagemang, professionalism och ett gott bemötande i mötet med patienter, närstående och kollegor. Du trivs i ett varierat uppdrag där arbetet omfattar både vård i patientens hem och arbete på palliativ slutenvårdsavdelning.

B-körkort och körvana krävs för uppdraget, då hembesök ingår som en del av arbetet.
