Om oss Capio Geriatrik Sollentuna är beläget på Sollentuna sjukhus. Kliniken består idag av åtta akutgeriatriska vårdavdelningar med totalt 136 geriatriska platser och olika öppenvårdsmottagningar. Du kommer att arbeta med kollegor med hög medicinsk kompetens och erfarenhet. Vi har en härlig arbetsmiljö med nära till ledning och beslut. Du kommer ingå i det multiprofessionella teamet som består av läkare, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, dietist, kurator, logoped, fysioterapeut och arbetsterapeut. Capio har omfattande erfarenhet av geriatriskt omhändertagande samt håller en hög nivå på de medicinska insatserna. Vi arbetar målmedvetet för att uppnå högsta möjliga vårdkvalitet för alla patienter utifrån ett geriatriskt helhetsperspektiv. Din roll Som underläkare på kliniken ansvarar du för det kliniska arbetet på en vårdavdelning. Då avdelningarna inte är profilerade gentemot en särskild diagnosgrupp får du dagligen se ett blandat urval av den geriatriska patienten. Du ingår i vår primärjourlinje. Du har en självklar del i avdelningens kvalitet- och utvecklingsarbete. Vi arbetar personcentrerat och alla viktiga beslut gällande patientens omvårdnad och behandling fattas gemensamt i teamet. Erfarenhet från kliniskt arbete inom geriatrik, internmedicin eller liknande verksamhet i Sverige är meriterande. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska språket och vi ser gärna att du även har andra språkkunskaper. Vi fäster stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper, vilket innebär att du: • Är prestigelös • Bemöter med respekt • Förenar självständigt arbete med god förmåga att samarbeta med andra • Du arbetar personcentrerat och är intresserad av att utveckla dig själv, dina kollegor samt verksamheten.
