Välkommen till en av Stockholms största geriatriska kliniker!

Capio Geriatrik Dalen har lång och bred erfarenhet av att bedriva geriatrisk vård. Vi har 7 geriatriska avdelningar. Vanliga intagningsorsaker är infektioner, hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar, njursvikt, KOL och diabetes, stroke , ortepedi. Målet under vårdtiden är en god personcentrerad vård med hör patientsäkerhet, där alla känner sig välkomna och respekterade. Den geriatriska patienten är komplex och därför behövs ett multiprofessionellt team, bestående av flera olika professioner, för en säker och välfungerande vård.

Vi erbjuder geriatrisk slutenvård med direktintag dygnet runt, året om. Patienterna kommer via slutenvården, akutmottagning, ambulans, närakut, äldreboende och vårdcentral. Vi har även en specialistmottagning för utredning av kognitiv svikt. På sjukhusområdet finns även tillgång till röntgen och närlaboratorium.

Din roll

Du kommer arbeta på avd 71. Sjuksköterskearbetet ingår bland annat att ansvara för omvårdnad och läkemedelsadministrering. Som sjuksköterska är du arbetsledare i omvårdnadsarbetet. Medicintekniskt ingår att sätta perifera infarter, skötsel av centrala infarter, såromläggningar, katetersättning/hantering, blodtransfusioner och antibiotikaadministrering. Vi använder oss av slutenvårdsdos för att underlätta läkemedelsadministrering.

Anställningsform

  • Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse
  • Provanställning i 6 månader som övergår till en tillsvidareanställning
  • Innebär dag/kväll och helg (2 helger av 5 veckor.)
  • 80-100% enligt överenskommelse.

Om dig

Legitimerad sjuksköterska. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från kliniskt arbete inom geriatrisk slutenvård eller internmedicin. Vi ställer särskilda krav på personliga egenskaper såsom:
