Capio Vårdcentral Tyresö Strand är en modern och välfungerande vårdcentral. Vi erbjuder våra patienter både fysisk och digital vård och arbetar för att skapa en tillgänglig, trygg och personcentrerad vård genom hela livet.

Det som gör oss speciella är vår familjära och personliga atmosfär. Vi är en mindre vårdcentral där vi känner varandra väl, hjälps åt över professionsgränserna och värnar om ett nära samarbete. Här finns korta beslutsvägar, stort engagemang och en arbetsmiljö där alla får möjlighet att påverka och bidra till verksamhetens utveckling.

Vi arbetar i nybyggda, ljusa och moderna lokaler som bidrar till en trivsam miljö för både patienter och medarbetare.

Hos oss arbetar läkare, distriktssköterskor, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor och psykolog i nära samarbete. Vi har även en växande hemsjukvård och en välbesökt BVC.

Vi är 13 medarbetare som tillsammans ansvarar för cirka 5 800 listade patienter. Det ger oss goda förutsättningar att arbeta nära varandra, ta tillvara varandras kompetens och skapa en trygg och sammanhållen vård för våra patienter.

Din roll

Vi söker dig som är utbildad undersköterska och har erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvården - lab och hemsjukvård samt gärna reception.

Tjänsten är ett vikariat som sträcker sig till början av mars 2027, med eventuell möjlighet till förlängning

Tjänsten roterar mellan hemsjukvårdsbesök hos våra patienter, provtagning på vårt lab och visst receptionsarbete. Du arbetar med annan undersköterskekollega på mottagningen.

Om dig

Du är utbildad undersköterska och har fått ditt bevis på skyddad yrkestitel från socialstyrelsen.

Du måste ha B körkort då det är avstånd mellan patienterna i hemsjukvården. Du behöver även ha erfarenhet av arbete på vårdcentral och uppgifter som tillhör detta.

Som person är du flexibel, bra på att samarbeta och kommunicera med kollegor och patienter.
