Om Capio S:t Görans sjukhus Vi är cirka 2 500 medarbetare som varje dag arbetar för vår högkvalitativa, patientfokuserade vård. Kirurg- och onkologklinikens slutenvårdsavdelningar 36, 38, 39 Avdelningarna är en del av kirurg- och onkologkliniken där vi vårdar akuta och elektiva patienter med kirurgiska åkommor såsom sjukdomar i nedre och övre gastrointestinal, kanalen samt urologiska patienter. Teamarbete är centralt, tillsammans med läkare, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, paramedicinare och farmaceuter. Vi har ett effektivt patientflöde tack vare väl inarbetade rutiner och ett kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete.

Din roll hos oss Som sjuksköterska är du en nyckelperson i teamet. Du ansvarar för 6–8 patienter per team och bidrar till att säkerställa en trygg, effektiv och kvalitetssäker vård tillsammans med övriga teammedlemmar.

Vi erbjuder flexibla arbetstidsmodeller: treskift (dag/kväll/natt/helg), tvåskift eller natt

Om dig Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska – du kan vara erfaren eller ny i yrket. Det är meriterande med erfarenhet från akut eller kirurgisk vård, men viktigast är att du vill utvecklas och bidra i teamet.

  • Strukturerad och har gott omdöme även i utmanande situationer
  • Trygg i rollen som arbetsledande sjuksköterska
