Är du specialist i allmänmedicin och vill utveckla framtidens primärvård tillsammans med oss? Hos Capio Vårdcentral Almö kombinerar vi det lilla teamets sammanhållning och engagemang med en bred kompetens och ett nära samarbete mellan våra olika yrkesgrupper. Vi finns på Almö Center på vackra Tjörn, ett stenkast från Tjörnbron med goda pendlingsmöjligheter. Här arbetar vi tillsammans inom vårdcentral, BVC och rehab under samma tak, med ett gemensamt mål – att erbjuda våra patienter trygg, personlig och kvalitativ vård. Din roll Här möter du ett varierat patientklientel, ett nära samarbete mellan professioner och korta beslutsvägar. Vi värdesätter arbetsglädje, kontinuitet och kollegialt stöd. I din vardag hos oss har du ett omväxlande arbete med utredning och behandling av patienter i alla åldrar. Du har även ansvar för din egna patientlista. Vi arbetar mycket tvärprofessionellt både vid planerade och akuta besök. I arbetet ingår även mobil närsjukvård med hembesök hos patienter samt handledning av AT, ST-läkare och av studenter. Hos oss sitter läkarna i öppet landskap vilket gör att du lätt får kontakt med dina kollegor. Som läkare får du möjlighet till ett nära samarbete med såväl psykolog som rehab. Du har som läkare ett tätt samarbete med rehabkoordinator i vår väl fungerande sjukskrivningsprocess. Du får en positiv, prestigelös och utvecklande arbetsmiljö där engagemang och närhet till beslut är självklarheter.
