Välkommen till en av Stockholms största geriatriska kliniker! Vi söker undersköterskor för timanställning. Även sjuksköterskestudenter är varmt välkomna att söka!

Capio Geriatrik Dalen har lång och bred erfarenhet av att bedriva geriatrisk vård. Vi är specialiserad på geriatrisk utredning, behandling och omvårdnad. Vanliga diagnoser är bl.a. infektioner, hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar, njursvikt, KOL och diabetes. Målet under vårdtiden är en god personcentrerad vård med hör patientsäkerhet, där alla känner sig välkomna och respekterade. Den geriatriska patienten är komplex och därför behövs ett multiprofessionellt team, bestående av flera olika professioner, för en säker och välfungerande vård.

Vi erbjuder geriatrisk slutenvård med direktintag dygnet runt, året om. Patienterna kommer via slutenvården, akutmottagning, ambulans, närakut, äldreboende och vårdcentral. Vi har även en specialistmottagning för utredning av kognitiv svikt. På sjukhusområdet finns även tillgång till röntgen och närlaboratorium.

Din roll

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara basal omvårdnad, venprovtagning, EKG, bladder-scan, katetersättning, NEWS, sårvård samt vissa teamuppgifter. Undersköterskan har en självklar del i medicinska ronder och temakonferenser. Vi arbetar personcentrerat och alla viktiga beslut gällande patientens omvårdnad och behandling fattas gemensamt i team.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är utbildad undersköterska och som har minst 1 års erfarenhet av arbete på vårdavdelning. Meriterande är om du har något eller några års erfarenhet av kliniskt arbete inom geriatrik eller internmedicin. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska språket och vi ser gärna att du även besitter andra språkkunskaper.

Du är prestigelös och bemöter människor med respekt. Du arbetar personcentrerat och är intresserad av att utveckla dig själv, dina kollegor samt verksamheten. Du förenar självständigt arbete med en mycket god förmåga att samarbeta och prioritera och du har en god kommunikativ förmåga. Självklart tycker du att det är viktigt att arbeta med och utveckla patientsäkerhet och arbetsmiljö. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.
