What You'll Be Doing

As a Field Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting TV Licensing by engaging with customers across the Fife/Edinburgh/Lothian areas. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm, professional and resilient in a variety of customer situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when recording information
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own workload
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using mobile devices and applications
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends

Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable. More importantly, we're looking for people who can demonstrate professionalism, empathy, resilience and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Working Pattern

To support customers at times that suit them best, you'll work 12 of your 36.5 weekly hours between 4pm and 9pm Monday to Friday, or at any time during weekends. This flexible working pattern allows you to organise the remainder of your week around your lifestyle and commitments.

  • Mileage paid—including your daily commute from home
  • Flexible 36.5‑hour working week, with the option of a four‑day schedule
  • Generous holiday allowance, plus opportunities to purchase extra leave

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
