The posting

Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team! In this role, you'll help create a positive customer experience by providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for our customers while their vehicles are being services. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in being dependable, and understands the importance of making every customer feel welcome.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations.
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for every passenger.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-ups and drop offs.
  • Use GPS and navigation tools to plan efficient routes and reach destinations safely.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Monitor fuel levels, ensure the vehicle is properly fueled, and report any maintenance or vehicle concerns.
  • Keep track of fuel expenses and communicate related information to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous shuttle driving, delivery driving, or customer transportation experience is preferred.
  • Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to passenger safety.
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to maintain a reliable schedule.
  • Good navigational skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
  • Dependable, punctual. and able to work independently.
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.
