Buscamos estudiantes con interés en estadística, programación y análisis de datos que quieran desarrollar su experiencia profesional en el área de suscripción y tarificación de seguros. ¿Cuál será tu objetivo? Apoyar al equipo de Auto Underwriting Financieras en el análisis de información del portafolio, la evaluación de indicadores técnicos y el desarrollo de herramientas que contribuyan a mejorar los procesos de suscripción y tarificación. Principales actividades Analizar información de primas, siniestros, frecuencia, severidad y otros indicadores del portafolio de seguros. Elaborar reportes, análisis de tarifas y comparativos para apoyar la toma de decisiones del equipo. Desarrollar scripts para automatizar tareas recurrentes y optimizar procesos mediante Python. Preparar, depurar y organizar bases de datos, documentando las fuentes de información, las transformaciones realizadas y los controles aplicados. Validar resultados, identificar posibles errores y comunicar avances o dudas al equipo. Colaborar en la mejora continua de herramientas y procesos de análisis de información. ¿Qué buscamos? Requisitos indispensables Estudiantes activos de Actuaría, Matemáticas Aplicadas, Economía o carreras afines. Graduación diciembre 2027 Conocimientos de probabilidad, estadística y análisis de datos. Manejo de Python para manipulación y análisis de datos; preferentemente con pandas y NumPy. Manejo de Excel, incluyendo fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y análisis de información. Inglés básico a intermedio. Pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas. Será un plus si cuentas con: Conocimientos básicos de SQL. Interés o conocimientos en seguros, suscripción y tarificación. Información de la vacante Área: Auto Underwriting Financieras. Ubicación: Capital Reforma, piso 7, Ciudad de México. Duración: de 6 meses a 1 año. Apoyo económico mensual: 10,500 pesos mensuales ¿Qué podrás desarrollar? Experiencia en análisis técnico de portafolios de seguros. Aplicación de estadística a indicadores de primas y siniestros. Desarrollo de herramientas de automatización con Python. Conocimiento de los procesos de suscripción y tarificación en el sector asegurador. Participación en proyectos de análisis de datos y mejora de procesos.
