Área: Sucripción Ubicación: Paseo de la reforma, CDMX Modalidad: Híbrida — 3 días presenciales y 2 días Home Office Horario: 8:00 a 2:00 L-V Apoyo económico: $10,500 mensuales Duración: Hasta 2 años Semestre ideal: 5.º a 6.º semestre Inglés: Intermedio Objetivo del puesto Apoyar al área de suscripción en el seguimiento y análisis de la información de las cuentas y portafolios de seguros, ayudando a preparar reportes, revisar resultados y mantener actualizada la información necesaria para el seguimiento del negocio. Actividades principales Elaborar y actualizar reportes sobre siniestros y resultados de las cuentas. Dar seguimiento a la información de cada cuenta para identificar cambios, diferencias o situaciones fuera de lo habitual. Apoyar en la revisión de ventas, gastos y comisiones de diferentes cuentas. Elaborar y actualizar archivos de Excel para el seguimiento de la información del área. Apoyar en la preparación de reportes y presentaciones para reuniones internas. Mantener actualizada la información y materiales de uso interno del equipo. Revisar que la información de los reportes esté completa y sea correcta. Apoyar al equipo en diferentes actividades de seguimiento y análisis de las cuentas de seguros. Escolaridad: Estudiantes de 5.º o 6.º semestre de las carreras de: Administración Finanzas Economía Actuaría Contaduría Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines Conocimientos: Manejo de Microsoft Office. Excel (Tablas dinámicas) Conceptos básicos de contabilidad. Matemáticas financieras. Elaboración de reportes y presentaciones. Interés por desarrollarse en el sector asegurador. Competencias Capacidad de análisis. Atención al detalle. Organización. Facilidad para trabajar con números y datos. Seguimiento de actividades. Trabajo en equipo. Proactividad. Responsabilidad. Ofrecemos Apoyo económico de $10,500 mensuales. Modalidad híbrida: 3 días presenciales y 2 días Home Office. Experiencia profesional en una empresa global del sector asegurador.
