Practicante / Auxiliar de Contabilidad. Objetivo general: Registrar, revisar y auditar las operaciones contables de manera ordenada y consistente, conforme a las normas contables aplicables, para contribuir a que la información financiera de la empresa refleje adecuadamente su situación económica. Principales funciones y responsabilidades: 1. Registro y control contable Registrar y auditar pólizas contables en el sistema Odoo. Realizar conciliaciones bancarias en el sistema. Registrar y controlar los activos fijos de la empresa. Capturar y actualizar reportes contables y financieros. 2. Declaraciones y cumplimiento fiscal Preparar papeles de trabajo para la presentación de declaraciones mensuales. Integrar documentación de soporte para atender requerimientos relacionados con REPSE y SIROC ante clientes y autoridades. 3. Facturación y cuentas por cobrar Aplicar pagos en el sistema contable. Dar seguimiento a la correcta facturación. Apoyar en el control y seguimiento de la cartera de clientes. 4. Administración de nómina Apoyar en el timbrado y control de la nómina semanal. Dar seguimiento a altas y bajas ante el IMSS. Imprimir, entregar y archivar recibos de nómina semanal. Descargar y organizar semanalmente las incidencias del reloj checador. 5. Control documental Integrar y mantener organizados los expedientes físicos de nómina y las facturas de clientes. Organizar y resguardar la documentación contable, fiscal y administrativa del área. Perfil del puesto: Carreras: Licenciatura en Contabilidad o Técnico en Contabilidad. Semestre: De 6.º a 8.º semestre. Género: Indistinto. Edad: 21 años en adelante. Conocimientos básicos requeridos Conceptos contables básicos. Interpretación de estados financieros. Conocimientos deseables Preparación y presentación de declaraciones fiscales. Requisitos fiscales de los CFDI. Normativa y trámites relacionados con IMSS, REPSE e INFONAVIT. Condiciones de la práctica Horario: lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a. m. a 5:30 p. m. Beca mensual: $7,500 MXN. Duración: 6 meses. Carrera: Contabilidad o Técnico en Contabilidad. Semestre: 6.º a 8.º. Ubicación: Monterrey, Nuevo León. Beneficio adicional: Posibilidad de incorporación a la empresa al finalizar el periodo de prácticas.
