Practicante de Cuentas Multinacionales Ubicación: Torre Equus II, SPGG Apoyo económico mensual: $10,500 MXN Horario: Medio tiempo (8:00 a 2:00) Área: Seguros Internacionales / Programas Multinacionales Objetivo del puesto Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo a la coordinación de cuentas multinacionales, colaborando en procesos clave de documentación, cobranza, certificación y comunicación entre países en el marco de programas internacionales de seguros. Principales funciones 1. Dar seguimiento a las pólizas de seguros de clientes mexicanos que tienen cobertura en otros países, apoyando en sus emisiones, modificaciones y renovaciones. 2. Recopilar, revisar y organizar documentos e información necesarios para la gestión de las cuentas de seguros internacionales. 3. Elaborar documentos, cartas y reportes relacionados con las pólizas, costos y movimientos de las cuentas de los clientes. 4. Apoyar en la preparación de propuestas de renovación, revisando las coberturas y condiciones de los seguros para identificar diferencias y posibles mejoras. 5. Actualizar bases de datos y sistemas internos, asegurándose de que la información de las cuentas esté completa y al día. 6. Mantener comunicación con las áreas de Suscripción, Comercial, Finanzas y Legal para dar seguimiento a solicitudes y asegurar que los procesos se completen a tiempo. 7. Apoyar en el seguimiento de pagos pendientes de las pólizas y contactar a las áreas correspondientes para resolver dudas o incidencias administrativas. 8. Atender consultas de clientes y brokers, dando seguimiento a sus solicitudes y coordinándose con equipos de otros países cuando sea necesario. 9. Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la organización de la información y los procesos de seguimiento de las cuentas internacionales. Perfil requerido Estudiantes de los últimos semestres de las carreras de: Actuaría, Finanzas, Administración, Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Internacional o afín. Interés en el sector asegurador y operaciones internacionales. Excelentes habilidades de organización, comunicación y atención al detalle. Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado (lectura y escritura). Manejo básico de Excel y disposición para aprender herramientas internas (CRM, MAX, etc.). ¿Qué ofrecemos? Experiencia en una empresa internacional de seguros líder en el sector.
