Requisitos Objetivo del puesto Apoyar al equipo de Ingeniería de Datos en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de flujos de procesamiento de información y tableros de Business Intelligence. Contribuir a la integración, limpieza y calidad de los datos provenientes de distintas fuentes, así como a la generación de reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones del negocio. Principales actividades Desarrollo y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos: Apoyar en la creación y optimización de procesos ETL/ELT para extraer, transformar y cargar información desde diferentes fuentes hacia repositorios centralizados. Limpieza y validación de datos: Identificar y corregir inconsistencias, valores vacíos y registros duplicados para asegurar que la información sea confiable y pueda utilizarse en análisis. Creación y actualización de tableros en Power BI: Elaborar y mantener reportes y dashboards interactivos, incorporando indicadores clave (KPIs), filtros y visualizaciones que respondan a las necesidades del negocio. Documentación de información y reportes: Apoyar en la documentación de fuentes de datos, diccionarios de variables, modelos de datos, procesos de integración y lógica de los reportes desarrollados. Integración de nuevas fuentes de información: Colaborar en la conexión de APIs, bases de datos y archivos al ecosistema de datos, así como en su preparación para el análisis y la visualización en Power BI. Requisitos Escolaridad: Estudiantes activos de Ingeniería en sistemas, tecnologías de la información, ciencias computacionales, matemáticas, física, economía Graduación esperada: mínimo diciembre 2027 Conocimientos indispensables SQL a nivel intermedio: consultas, filtros, joins y agrupaciones. Fundamentos de Python para manipulación y análisis de datos, preferentemente con pandas y NumPy. Conocimientos básicos de bases de datos y manejo de información estructurada. Inglés avanzado, aproximadamente 80%.
