Practicante de Mantenimiento Objetivo del puesto: Brindar apoyo al Departamento de Mantenimiento mediante la documentación y estandarización de procesos, la gestión de refacciones y el desarrollo de iniciativas de mejora continua. Contribuir a proyectos enfocados en optimizar la eficiencia de los sistemas de mantenimiento, el control de inventarios y los procesos de mantenimiento preventivo. Principales funciones y responsabilidades Desarrollar y documentar instrucciones de trabajo para actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, incorporando requisitos de seguridad, diagramas de equipos y manuales técnicos. Apoyar en la creación, actualización y administración de bases de datos para el inventario de refacciones. Colaborar en la definición y actualización de niveles mínimos de inventario para refacciones críticas. Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas de mejora continua dentro del Departamento de Mantenimiento. Crear y actualizar documentación de procesos utilizando los formatos estándar de la empresa. Apoyar en la evaluación y validación de propuestas de mejora. Contribuir a la optimización de los sistemas de mantenimiento y de los procesos de gestión de refacciones. Perfil del candidato Carreras: Ingeniería Electromecánica, Ingeniería en Mantenimiento, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o carreras afines. Requisitos académicos: Ser estudiante activo. Contar con al menos 6 meses antes de la fecha estimada de graduación. Género: Indistinto. Edad: Indistinta. Zona de residencia deseable: Apodaca, Guadalupe o Juárez, Nuevo León. Nivel de inglés: Intermedio. Conocimientos y habilidades Indispensables: Manejo de Excel, Outlook y PowerPoint. Familiaridad con las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office. Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo. Organización y atención al detalle. Resolución de problemas y proactividad. Deseables: Conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento industrial. Interés en mejora continua, gestión de inventarios y documentación técnica. Conocimientos académicos de mapeo de procesos y elaboración de flujos de trabajo. Condiciones de la práctica: Área: Mantenimiento. Horario: 6 horas diarias. Disponibilidad requerida: 30 horas semanales. De 7 am a 2 pm. Beca mensual: $10,000 MXN. Duración: De 6 meses a 1 año.
