Practicante de Recursos Humanos Objetivo general. Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo a los procesos de Recursos Humanos dentro de la obra, fungiendo como enlace entre el personal operativo y el área corporativa de RH. Contribuir al cumplimiento de procedimientos, control documental, comunicación interna y seguimiento de incidencias mediante supervisión remota. Principales funciones y responsabilidades: Integrar, organizar y actualizar los expedientes físicos y digitales del personal de obra. Recabar y validar la documentación de nuevos ingresos. Apoyar en los procesos de contratación e inducción del personal. Mantener actualizados los registros de personal, vacaciones, incapacidades y permisos. Gestionar la recopilación de firmas en documentos laborales. Publicar vacantes autorizadas en las fuentes de reclutamiento indicadas por Recursos Humanos. Dar seguimiento a candidatos locales y coordinar entrevistas virtuales o presenciales. Realizar filtros telefónicos iniciales a candidatos. Apoyar en el proceso de ingreso del personal operativo. Monitorear la asistencia diaria del personal de obra. Participar en reuniones virtuales semanales con el equipo de Recursos Humanos. Elaborar y enviar reportes diarios y semanales de actividades. Dar seguimiento a tareas asignadas mediante plataformas digitales. Mantener comunicación constante con el área de Recursos Humanos a través de Teams, WhatsApp corporativo y correo electrónico. Identificar y escalar oportunamente incidencias laborales o administrativas. Perfil del puesto: Carreras: Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología o carrera afín. Semestre: De 6.º a 8.º semestre. Género: Indistinto. Edad: 18 años en adelante. Zona de residencia deseable: Nuevo Hipódromo y zona del aeropuerto. Inglés: No requerido. Conocimientos básicos requeridos: Procesos básicos de Recursos Humanos. Reclutamiento y selección de personal. Control e integración de expedientes. Nociones básicas de legislación laboral. Conocimientos deseables: Manejo de Microsoft Teams. Competencias: Organización y atención al detalle. Comunicación efectiva. Seguimiento y control de actividades. Responsabilidad y confidencialidad en el manejo de información. Proactividad e iniciativa. Facilidad para coordinarse de manera remota con diferentes áreas. Condiciones de la práctica: Apoyo económico mensual: $5,000 MXN. Duración: 6 meses. Cantidad de posiciones: 1. Lugar de trabajo: Obra civil. Prestaciones o beneficios adicionales: Posibilidad de incorporación a la empresa al finalizar el periodo de prácticas, de acuerdo con las necesidades de la empresa y el desempeño del practicante.
