Practicante de Operaciones: Área: Operaciones Ubicación: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Lugar de trabajo: Antiguo Camino a Villa de García, Tad Pemex Refinación, Ciudad Santa Catarina, N.L. Reporta a: Coordinador de Operaciones Objetivo del puesto: Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo al área de Operaciones mediante el seguimiento de instalaciones, control de información, elaboración de reportes, coordinación documental y soporte en la administración de recursos, contribuyendo a la eficiencia de los procesos operativos a nivel nacional. Principales actividades Seguimiento de operaciones: Dar seguimiento al programa diario y semanal de instalaciones, desinstalaciones y reemplazos. Actualizar el estatus de órdenes de trabajo y servicios realizados. Dar seguimiento con los técnicos para asegurar el cierre oportuno de actividades. Apoyar en la programación y reprogramación de servicios. Administración y control: Capturar y actualizar información en bases de datos, reportes y sistemas internos. Apoyar en el control documental de evidencias fotográficas, formatos de servicio y reportes técnicos. Organizar expedientes de clientes, equipos y servicios realizados. Mantener actualizados indicadores operativos. Apoyo en logística: Dar seguimiento a la disponibilidad de equipos y materiales en coordinación con Almacén. Apoyar en la coordinación de envíos y recepción de materiales para instalaciones. Apoyar en el control de viáticos, comprobaciones de gastos y consumo de combustible. Dar seguimiento a mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de las unidades operativas. Atención y comunicación: Mantener comunicación con técnicos para recopilar información sobre los servicios. Dar seguimiento a solicitudes internas provenientes de Ventas, Almacén y otras áreas. Escalar oportunamente cualquier incidencia detectada al Coordinador de Operaciones. Reportes: Elaborar reportes diarios y semanales de avance operativo. Actualizar indicadores de cumplimiento de instalaciones, tiempos de atención y productividad. Apoyar en la elaboración de presentaciones e informes para Dirección. Perfil requerido Carreras: Ingeniería Industrial Ingeniería Mecánica Administrativa Ingeniería en Sistemas Ingeniería en Logística Administración de Empresas Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial Carrera afín Escolaridad: Estudiante activo de los últimos semestres. Conocimientos Requeridos: Microsoft Excel intermedio. Microsoft Office. Elaboración de reportes. Bases de datos y captura de información. Deseables, no indispensables: Conocimiento en indicadores (KPIs). Conocimiento en procesos operativos y logística. Competencias Organización Planeación Atención al detalle Comunicación efectiva Proactividad Trabajo en equipo Seguimiento de actividades Resolución de problemas Sentido de urgencia Responsabilidad Requisitos adicionales Estudiante activo con seguro facultativo vigente (preferente). Disponibilidad de horario, preferentemente por las mañanas o tiempo completo según convenio. Manejo de Excel y herramientas de Office. Licencia de conducir (deseable, no indispensable). Aprendizajes Durante sus prácticas, la persona tendrá oportunidad de desarrollar experiencia en: Coordinación de operaciones a nivel nacional. Planeación y seguimiento de servicios técnicos. Administración de recursos operativos. Indicadores de desempeño (KPIs). Gestión logística. Coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios. Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos. Procesos de mejora continua.
