Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Gather vehicle information, conduct road tests to understand issues, and translate technical information from technicians to customers.
  • Prepare repair orders, provide estimates for service and labor, and schedule appointments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the service department, keeping them informed about their vehicle's status.
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs, explain work performed, and handle customer complaints.

Requirements and skills include:

  • 2 years dealership experience as an Automotive Customer Service Representative or Service Advisor
  • Proficiency with computer software
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Clean and valid driver’s license – no tickets or accidents
