We are currently seeking a Migration Assistant to join our Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support our migration agents and assist clients throughout the visa process.

About the Role

As a Migration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and clear communication regarding visa applications and sponsorship processes. You will also be responsible for data entry, document preparation, compliance monitoring, and general administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person when required.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications under the guidance of a migration agent.

• Maintain accurate and organized records in company databases and migration systems.

• Monitor application timelines and follow up on outstanding requirements.

• Schedule client consultations and provide timely updates on application progress.

• Support compliance processes and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.

• Assist the wider migration team with administrative tasks, reporting, and case file management.

About You:

✔ Strong customer service experience, ideally in a professional or client-facing role.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ High attention to detail with strong data entry and administrative skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and in a team.

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or case management systems (preferred).

✔ A proactive and professional approach to handling client inquiries and concerns.
