A little about the role
As Supplier Growth & Partnerships Manager, you will take end-to-end commercial ownership of a portfolio of Capricorn’s most strategically important supplier relationships. You will be the primary partner contact, building strong connections across client organisations while balancing partner priorities with Capricorn’s commercial objectives and Member interests.
You will lead complex contract negotiations and renewals, establish a disciplined rhythm of monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, and turn commercial data into clear conversations and practical actions. Working with executive leaders and internal specialists, you will align sales, marketing and engagement strategies to improve performance, identify risks and deliver sustainable growth.
The role also has a strong business development focus. You will onboard new suppliers in allied industries, identify broader opportunities across Capricorn’s suite of products and services, and help strengthen partnership capability through collaboration, coaching and mentoring.
