Role Description Capstone Consulting and Training is offering a 6-month attachment for a Business Development Manager under the Mid-Career Pathways Programme. The attached individual will be coached directly by the company Owner through hands-on guidance, discussions and practical coaching, with regular review of work and feedback. The attachment covers building client relationships, promoting and selling Capstone Consulting and Training's courses to corporate clients, and researching training needs and market trends. Subject to satisfactory performance, the company commits to offering a full-time position (permanent, or a contract of at least 12 months) at the end of the attachment.

Specific Responsibilities and Outcomes - Build and maintain client relationships to understand their training needs, recommend suitable Capstone courses, and support client satisfaction and business growth. - Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting Capstone's training courses to potential clients and expanding the client base. - Research market trends and client training needs to help improve and promote relevant training courses. - Identify and reach out to potential clients who may benefit from Capstone's training courses and services. - Prepare clear proposals for potential clients based on their training needs and the courses offered. - Present Capstone's training courses clearly and professionally to potential clients. - Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable course information. - Discuss and negotiate suitable training courses and service arrangements with clients. - Identify and resolve client concerns about training courses and recommend suitable solutions.

Duration of Attachment Offered 6 months, full-time.
