Driver Assistant Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is hiring Driver Assistants in Carneys Point, NJ. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy being active, working outdoors, and being part of a delivery team. As a Driver Assistant, you'll ride alongside delivery drivers and help ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to customers.

What You'll Do

• Ride along with delivery drivers on local delivery routes

• Assist with loading and unloading materials at customer locations

• Help secure, organize, and prepare products for delivery

• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

• Provide professional customer service during deliveries

• Follow safety procedures and delivery protocols

• Support drivers with material handling and route completion

• Assist with additional duties as assigned

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the day

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
