Off Days: Saturday + 1 Additional Weekday

Warehouse Unloader Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders in Aurora, CO. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals seeking a physically active warehouse position with weekly pay, consistent work, and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do

• Safely unload freight from trailers and containers

• Sort, stage, and palletize products for warehouse operations

• Move freight throughout the facility as directed

• Perform quality checks and freight audits

• Repack and organize products as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all site safety procedures and productivity standards

• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-75 lbs. throughout the shift

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and productivity

• Previous warehouse, unloading, distribution, logistics, or equipment experience preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
