Tes missions

Au sein de l'équipe Finance (5 personnes) et en collaboration directe avec le VP Finance, tu seras responsable de la qualité, de la fiabilité et de la conformité des informations comptables de l’ensemble du Groupe (5 entités internationales).

À ce titre, tu piloteras en collaboration avec un assistant comptable, les clôtures comptables et la coordination internationale avec nos cabinets comptables externes dans un environnement SaaS international en forte croissance.

Tes principales responsabilités seront :

  • Assurer la fiabilité et la conformité des informations comptables du Groupe, notamment lors de la réalisation des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : Assurer en interne la tenue et la supervision de la comptabilité générale pour l'entité française (logiciel Pennylane), assurer les déclarations fiscales obligatoires en France ; En collaboration avec le VP Finance, coordonner les travaux comptables avec les cabinets comptables externes à l'international pour 3 petites autres entités, et assurer la revue des balances générales produites par les cabinets externes (sauf entité indienne déjà gérée en interne) ; Piloter les réconciliations des flux intercompagnies entre les différentes entités ;
  • Réaliser et sécuriser le processus de facturation clients, et garantir la bonne reconnaissance du chiffres d’affaires et le suivi des comptes clients ;
  • Coordonner la préparation des audits statutaires et consolidés annuels en collaboration avec les CAC et les cabinets comptables locaux ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et comptables dans un environnement en forte croissance ;
  • Collaborer avec 2 assistants comptables (comptable fournisseur et comptable finance & operations).

Profil

  • Formation supérieure en comptabilité, finance ou gestion (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, école de commerce ou équivalent) ;
  • 5 à 8 ans minimum d'expérience en comptabilité générale, audit ou expertise comptable ; une expérience en cabinet comptable ou cabinet d'audit est fortement appréciée ;
  • Excellente maîtrise des clôtures comptables et des réconciliations de bilan ;
  • Solides connaissances des principes comptables français, et obligations de déclarations fiscales en France ;
  • Une expérience dans un environnement multi-entités ou international est un réel atout ;
  • Capacité à comprendre les enjeux liés à la consolidation et aux flux intercompagnies ;
  • Outils: Bonne maîtrise d'Excel / Google Sheets , la connaissance du logiciel comptable Pennylane est un plus ;
  • Anglais professionnel impératif (écrit et oral) ;
  • Forte autonomie et sens des responsabilités, esprit analytique et rigueur.
