Als huishoudelijk medewerker spring jij bij waar het nodig is binnen deze ontmoetingsplek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de locatie er verzorgd en uitnodigend uitziet voor iedereen die binnenkomt.

Jij:

  • zorgt voor schone ontmoetingsruimtes, werkruimtes en sanitair (en neemt ramen en algemene ruimtes mee);
  • houdt de locatie fris en netjes, zodat medewerkers en bezoekers zich prettig voelen;

Als huishoudelijk medewerker:

  • Je hebt mbo 1 werk- en denkniveau en houdt van aanpakken.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een zorgomgeving en hebt een warm hart voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking.

Je kunt (een combinatie van) de volgende locaties kiezen:

  • De Steenrots en Heidestate ('t Harde) Twee warme, huiselijke woonomgevingen waar je met jouw inzet zorgt voor een schoon, gezellig en vertrouwd thuis. Je combineert huishoudelijke werkzaamheden met ondersteuning en persoonlijke aandacht voor bewoners. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een fijne leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich prettig, veilig en gezien voelen.
  • De Boshoek – 3 tot 5 uur per week Een ontmoetingsplek voor ambulante cliënten, waar jouw inzet zorgt voor een frisse en uitnodigende omgeving.
  • Bongerd appartementen (Lunteren) – 9 uur per week Een warme woonomgeving voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking, waar jij het verschil maakt met jouw werk.
  • Ambulant (Ede) – 3 uur per week Je ondersteunt cliënten thuis door te zorgen voor een schone en rustige basis, zodat zij prettig en zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen wonen.

Flexcontract Naast de vaste uren ontvang je een flexcontract (0-uren). Dit betekent dat je, naast de locaties waar je structureel werkt, ook kunt bijspringen bij ziekteverzuim en vakanties van collega’s binnen het cluster.

Op deze manier zorgen we samen voor continuïteit en stabiliteit op onze locaties. Jij bent juist op de momenten dat het nodig is van grote meerwaarde en draagt actief bij aan een goed draaiende organisatie.
