Een schone en fijne woonomgeving begint bij jou: als huishoudelijk medewerker bij De Leemwierde en cliënten thuis in Almere draag je niet alleen zorg voor een schoon thuis, maar heb je ook oog voor de bewoners die er wonen en de cliënten thuis.

Als huishoudelijk medewerker bij De Leemwierde ben je een vertrouwd gezicht voor onze bewoners. Je zorgt voor een schone en prettige woonomgeving én speelt een belangrijke rol in het signaleren van veranderingen in het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Je werkt minimaal 12 uur per week, verdeeld over weekenden (beide ochtenden van 9:00 tot 12:00 uur) en een doordeweekse dag. Daarnaast kan je inzet onderdeel zijn van zowel onze woonzorglocatie als de ondersteuning bij cliënten thuis. Zo draag je bij aan een manier van werken, waarbij wonen, welzijn en zorg elkaar versterken.

Dit ga je doen

Binnen De Leemwierde zorg je voor een schone en prettige woonomgeving. Je verricht huishoudelijke werkzaamheden in appartementen en algemene ruimtes, zoals stofzuigen, dweilen en het schoonmaken van sanitair.

Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan schoonmaken alleen. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners en cliënten thuis, maakt gemakkelijk contact en hebt oog voor hoe het met mensen gaat. Je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag, welzijn of de leefomgeving en deelt deze waar nodig met collega's of de zorg.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt onderdeel uit van een integraal team. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat bewoners prettig, veilig en met aandacht kunnen wonen.

Zo zorgen we voor jou

  • Je werkt minimaal 12 uur per week. Een deel van de uren is in het weekend, bijvoorbeeld op zaterdag en/of zondag tussen 09.00 en 12.00 uur, en de overige uren op een doordeweekse dag. We stemmen samen af welke dagen en tijden het beste passen. Wil je liever wat meer uren werken? Ook dat is zeker bespreekbaar.
  • Een salaris conform de cao VVT FWG 15; tussen de € 15,55 en 18,51 per uur;
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals: 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Een afwisselende functie waarbij je onderdeel bent van een team dat integraal samenwerkt.
  • Mogelijkheid om zowel binnen de woonzorglocatie als bij cliënten thuis werkzaam te zijn.
  • Werk waarin je iedere dag zichtbaar bijdraagt aan prettig wonen, welzijn en kwaliteit van leven van ouderen.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in huishoudelijk werk of schoonmaak.
  • Je werkt netjes, zelfstandig en zorgvuldig.
  • Je hebt oog voor mensen én voor hun leefomgeving.
  • Je bent alert en merkt veranderingen of bijzonderheden op.
  • Je weet wanneer het belangrijk is om signalen te delen met collega's of de zorg.
  • Je maakt gemakkelijk contact en voelt aan wat bewoners nodig hebben.
  • Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken met collega's uit verschillende disciplines.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen de woonzorglocatie en bij cliënten thuis.
  • Je bent trots op goed huishoudelijk werk en ziet hoe jouw bijdrage verder gaat dan alleen schoonmaken.
