In deze rol ben jij veel meer dan alleen administratieve ondersteuning. Met jouw overzicht, scherpte en daadkracht geef je het managementteam ruimte om zich te richten op wat er echt toe doet.

  • Ondersteuner met impact – je bent de sparringpartner en rechterhand van de MT-leden en werkt samen met twee andere managementassistenten.
  • Organisatorisch sterk – je beheert mailboxen, plant afspraken, coördineert correspondentie en zorgt dat vergaderingen goed zijn voorbereid. Je notuleert, werkt actiepunten uit en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Vooruitdenker met initiatief – je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, signaleert verbeterpunten en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een soepel verloop van processen.
  • Vernieuwer in processen en communicatie – je hebt een frisse blik, denkt graag mee over hoe het slimmer en overzichtelijker kan en staat open voor nieuwe digitale mogelijkheden, waaronder AI.
  • Snel en scherp in communicatie – je schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende collega’s, weet de juiste informatie boven tafel te krijgen en zorgt dat deze op het juiste moment beschikbaar is.
