Für die Verstärkung des Finanzteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Buchhalter:in 50-70%. Sie erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld, das von familiärem Zusammenhalt, gegenseitigem Vertrauen und einer professionellen Zusammenarbeit geprägt ist. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie führen die Haupt- und Nebenbücher selbstständig und verantworten das Debitorenmanagement inklusive Mahnwesen
  • Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse erstellen Sie eigenständig und bringen Ihr Fachwissen gezielt bei den anfallenden Abschlussarbeiten ein
  • Sie verbuchen sämtliche Ein- und Auszahlungen, stimmen die Konten regelmässig ab und klären sowie bereinigen allfällige Differenzen selbstständig
  • Zudem erstellen Sie die inländischen Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und gewährleisten eine korrekte sowie fristgerechte Deklaration

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder über einr vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen bringen Sie bereits mit und setzen Ihr Fachwissen sicher in der Praxis ein
  • In Deutsch kommunizieren Sie stilsicher in Wort und Schrift, zusätzliche Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Struktur, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt aus, zudem schätzen Sie die Zusammenarbeit im Team
