Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die selbstständige Führung verschiedener Finanzbuchhaltungen inklusive Nebenbüchern gehört zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich und bildet die Grundlage für eine zuverlässige und transparente finanzielle Übersicht
  • Bei der Vorbereitung von Halbjahres- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Budgeterstellung bringen Sie Ihre Fachkenntnisse ein und unterstützen eine termingerechte Finanzberichterstattung
  • Die Projektbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung betreuen Sie eigenständig, stimmen relevante Zahlen ab und überwachen die Einhaltung der Budgets für eine aussagekräftige Kostenkontrolle
  • Zusätzlich führen Sie die Anlagenbuchhaltung und übernehmen bei Bedarf Stellvertretungsaufgaben in der Personaladministration, wodurch Sie Ihre Vielseitigkeit im Finanz- und Personalbereich einsetzen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen bildet Ihre fachliche Grundlage, ergänzt durch mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der operativen Buchhaltung
  • Fachliche Weiterbildungen und die Bereitschaft, Ihr Wissen laufend auszubauen, helfen Ihnen dabei, neue Entwicklungen im Rechnungswesen aufzugreifen und Ihre Kompetenzen gezielt zu vertiefen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung sowie Erfahrung mit MS Office bringen Sie mit; Kenntnisse in Abacus und Erfahrung in der Personaladministration sind von Vorteil
