Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einem etablierten Unternehmen im technischen und industriellen Umfeld, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachspezialist Finanz- und Rechnungswesen 70-80%. Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie übernehmen die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und sind für den Zahlungsverkehr, das Mahnwesen sowie die Bearbeitung offener Posten zuständig
  • Die Führung der Nebenbücher und Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie die Abstimmung der Konten mit dem Hauptbuch
  • Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen wirken Sie aktiv mit und übernehmen die Erstellung von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Liquiditätsplanung und erstellen finanzielle Auswertungen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine fundierte Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, beispielsweise als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen oder mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, sowie Kenntnisse in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung bringen Sie mit
  • Im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Excel sind Sie sicher und haben Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse zu vereinfachen und digital weiterzuentwickeln
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Teamarbeit zeichnen Sie aus
