  • Review vendor invoices, validate charges, confirm coding, and coordinate payment processing with Accounts Payable.
  • Assist in assessing contract renewals, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value and control costs.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables, service commitments, and financial obligations.

Expense Governance & Reporting

  • Manage invoice allocation, expense coding, capitalization treatment, and cost center activity.
  • Resolve financial discrepancies and support reconciliations across multiple operational areas.
  • Track service-level performance, scorecards, and operational metrics for third-party administrators and service providers, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Prepare reporting and financial insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Assist with audit requests and maintain control documentation.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve the accuracy, speed, and consistency of budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
