POSITION SUMMARY

KKR's Global Client Solutions team is seeking an Analyst to join its Real Assets Product Specialist team in London, to support capital formation and product management and development across KKR’s Real Assets platform, with a focus on International Real Estate and Asia Infrastructure. The role offers broad exposure to KKR’s International Real Estate and Asia Infrastructure strategies, with responsibilities spanning fundraising and product development, ongoing fund management, investor reporting, marketing and investor engagement through client servicing and event planning. The successful candidate will support both existing funds and new fundraising initiatives, gaining experience across the full investment lifecycle.

Working closely with investment professionals, asset management, finance, operations and global relationship management teams, the Analyst will play an integral role in coordinating investor deliverables, preparing financial and marketing materials, and supporting broader product initiatives. A key focus will be driving efficiencies across reporting and data management processes, while providing analytical and execution support to the wider team. The position offers an opportunity to develop a strong understanding of International Real Estate and Asia Infrastructure investment strategies, fund performance and the broader capital formation process.

KKR’s Real Assets Strategies Team is characterized by a collaborative, performance-driven culture built on the following guiding principles: • Build and Maintain Relationships with Intensity: Engage proactively with stakeholders across investment, sales, operations, and legal functions, leveraging the firm’s capabilities to strengthen relationships and enhance outcomes. • Pursue Excellence: Deliver high-quality, accurate, and impactful work, consistently upholding the highest professional standards. • Act with Urgency and Ownership: Execute objectives decisively and take accountability for results, applying lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. • Communicate Transparently: Share information openly, raise issues promptly, and ensure clarity and alignment across teams. • Lead by Example: Recognize achievements publicly and provide constructive feedback privately. • Contribute Thoughtfully: Develop and articulate well-reasoned perspectives, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Qualified candidates will typically have 1–2 years of relevant experience within an investment bank, asset management firm, alternative investment manager, placement agent, consulting firm or another finance-related role with comparable analytical and project management responsibilities. Prior exposure to Real Estate, Infrastructure, private markets, investment products, fundraising, investor relations, fund reporting or portfolio management would be advantageous, although candidates with strong transferable analytical and execution capabilities will also be considered. We are seeking an individual who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex financial information, coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing a varied workload across investment strategies and geographies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support fundraising initiatives and new product launches for International Real Estate and Asia Infrastructure strategies. • Develop and maintain investor-facing materials, including fundraising presentations, marketing materials, due diligence documentation and investor communications. • Coordinate quarterly and bespoke investor reporting, working closely with investment, asset management, finance and client reporting teams. • Consolidate and analyse fund and portfolio-level data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of investor reporting. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve data management and drive operational efficiencies. • Support ongoing fund management activities across the investment lifecycle, including deployment, portfolio performance monitoring, fund extensions, realisations and liquidations. • Coordinate investor queries and due diligence requests, including fund performance, investment activity, syndication and co-investment opportunities. • Conduct market and competitor research to support product positioning, fundraising strategies and broader business development initiatives. • Support the planning and execution of investor events, meetings and marketing initiatives across International Real Estate and Asia Infrastructure. • Collaborate with investment, finance, operations and global relationship management teams to coordinate deliverables, manage competing priorities and support broader strategic projects. Critical Competencies for Success • Analytical skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and portfolio information and translate complex data into clear, accurate and insightful materials. • Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders and deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines. • Process improvement: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable processes, particularly across data collection and reporting. • Attention to detail: Exceptional accuracy and organisational discipline, particularly when working with financial information and investor-facing deliverables. • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor complex information to different audiences. • Technical proficiency: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, including financial data analysis, presentation development and reporting. • Technology and AI: Strong working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, with the ability to use generative AI effectively and responsibly to support research, data analysis, content development and workflow efficiency. • Stakeholder management: Ability to develop strong working relationships across investment, finance, operations, sales and other internal teams, including senior stakeholders. • Commercial awareness: Interest in International Real Estate and Asia Infrastructure investment strategies, private markets, fund performance and the broader capital formation process. • Adaptability and initiative: A collaborative, intellectually curious and self-motivated individual who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
