Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries. Actively generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and attending industry events. Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and convert them into long-term business partners. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and excellent customer service. Effectively communicate the company’s offerings, including web solutions, mobile solutions, and e-commerce services, tailored to clients’ needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction. Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business reports. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals that meet both client and company objectives. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve business goals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth. Requirements Requirements: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in technology solutions or e-commerce services. Strong networking skills and ability to establish rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Solid understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitors. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
