Revenue Generation: Take ownership of revenue targets and work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals through the development of new business opportunities. Lead Conversion: Identify, nurture, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Signage and Branding Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of signage, print production,event branding, and creative solutions to offer clients unique, high-quality services that meet their specific requirements. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of long-term business development strategies that align with company growth objectives. Requirements 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields. Proven success in revenue generation and lead conversion, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets. In-depth knowledge of signage, print production, event branding, and creative solutions. Strong understanding of the local market in UAE, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
