The posting

Responsible for a daily documents management workload. Support Technical Project Team and other Departments. Perform document control duties, which include: registering all the incoming and outgoing correspondences, transmittals of drawings and technical documents and other related files for all on-hand Projects. Logging and releasing new and revised Work Order to Procurement and Fabrication Department. Responsible for managing emails, inquiries and distributing to the concern personnel/departments for their information. Daily updates of Work Order Log Sheet for easy monitoring of orders. Coordinates with the Project Team for the status of the latest submitted documents and to distribute copy to all personnel related for each project. Maintain the Project Master Register for the tracking of all technical and non-technical documents. Distribute all received documents from the Contractor to all related individuals as well the Department Heads. Arranging and preparing materials that are required for new submission for different projects. Requirements Bachelors/Diploma in mechanical/industrial/instrumentation engineering or equivalent Min 3-5yrs work experience in productions & Industrial plants Prefer applicants who are currently in UAE Good communication & administration skills Expert in MS office suite
