We are growing our team and are looking for an organized and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring activities and help create a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day recruitment process, helping coordinate interviews, maintain candidate information, communicate with applicants, and keep hiring activities organized.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across different stages of the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition and looking to build practical experience in a growing technology company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.

- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment information in internal systems.

- Support job postings, candidate screening, and other recruitment activities.

- Prepare interview materials and help hiring teams stay organized throughout the process.

- Assist with candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.

- Help improve recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online tools, and recruitment systems.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

- Interest in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or people operations.

NICE TO HAVE

- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, administration, customer service, or coordination.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.

- Experience working in a remote or technology-focused environment.

- Interest in AI, SaaS, or career technology.

COMPENSATION

$42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
