Care to Change zoekt een betrokken GZ-psycholoog voor onze locatie in Hilversum, op de Arendstraat.

Als GZ-psycholoog bij Care to Change vervul je een veelzijdige rol binnen zowel de BGGZ als SGGZ. Als regiebehandelaar binnen de BGGZ draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor het behandelproces van cliënten met lichte en/of matige psychische problemen. Binnen de SGGZ werk je met volwassenen met complexe en meervoudige problematiek, zoals persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, trauma en angst- en stemmingsklachten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit het multidisciplinaire team, waarin verschillende expertises samenkomen. Verbinding, vakmanschap en inhoudelijke samenwerking staan daarbij centraal.

Vanuit onze holistische visie kijken we naar de cliënt als geheel en combineren we gesprekstherapie en vaktherapie, waarbij denken, voelen en doen met elkaar verbonden zijn.

De functie van GZ-psycholoog wordt ingevuld in loondienstverband.

  • Je zet jouw expertise in voor cliënten met complexe en meervoudige problematiek binnen de SGGZ en draagt bij aan herstel en eigen regie.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende disciplines aan samenhangende zorg en krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise in te brengen.
  • Je geeft als regiebehandelaar binnen de BGGZ richting aan behandeltrajecten en denkt mee over diagnostiek, behandelbeleid en kwaliteit van zorg.
  • Je blijft jezelf vakinhoudelijk ontwikkelen door intervisie, casuïstiekbesprekingen en opleidingsmogelijkheden.

Hoe jouw week eruitziet

  • behandelen van cliënten met uiteenlopende psychische problematiek binnen de SGGZ
  • regievoering binnen BGGZ-behandeltrajecten en inzetten van jouw expertise voor diagnostiek, indicatiestelling en het behandelproces
  • begeleiden van basispsychologen op het gebied van psychodiagnostiek en (indien van toepassing) behandeling
  • actief bijdragen aan MDO’s, intervisie en casuïstiekbesprekingen binnen het behandelteam

De sfeer is warm en professioneel, er is ruimte voor inhoudelijk overleg, voor humor en voor de openheid die goede samenwerking vraagt.

Binnen onze locatie in Hilversum werken we samen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze behandelingen en de samenwerking binnen het team. We vinden het belangrijk dat ieders kennis en perspectief wordt benut en dat er ruimte is om mee te denken over de zorg die we bieden.

Wat wij bieden

In loondienst op basis van 36 uur

  • inschaling FWG 65 + 50% pensioenbijdrage
  • 8,33% vakantiegeld + 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
  • €1.000 bruto balansbudget per jaar
  • persoonlijk opleidingsbudget + vergoeding BIG-herregistratie
  • 166 vakantie-uren + 35 LFB-uren
  • reiskostenvergoeding CAO + extra regeling vanaf 30 km
