In-Home Caregiver for Elderly Clients | Orange County, CA

CareWorks Health Services is hiring experienced In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for elderly clients throughout Orange County.

What You'll Do

Care responsibilities vary by client and care plan and may include:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Companionship and supervision
  • Grocery shopping and approved errands
  • Accompanying clients to appointments
  • Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Following client care plans and established routines

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of caregiving experience
  • Current HCA registration or willingness to obtain one
  • Reliable transportation to client assignments
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with ADLs
  • Able to follow care plans and instructions
  • Willingness to complete required background screening/Live Scan
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate

Schedule & Pay

Location: Orange County, CA Pay: $18.75–$22/hour Payday: Every Friday by direct deposit Schedule: Based on available client assignments and your stated availability

Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Hours vary depending on client needs and available assignments and are not guaranteed.

HCA & Live Scan Reimbursement

Eligible HCA registration and Live Scan costs may be reimbursed after completing 30 hours of shifts with CareWorks, subject to company terms and conditions.
