CareWorks Health Services is hiring experienced Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) throughout Orange County!

Looking for a part-time caregiver job with flexible shifts? CareWorks offers one-on-one, in-home care assignments where you can pick up available shifts based on your schedule and client needs.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) Location: Orange County, CA Care Setting: One-on-one, in-home care Schedule: Flexible; available shifts vary by client needs Pay: $18.75–$22/hour Payday: Every Friday via direct deposit

Hours are based on available client assignments. Shifts may include morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities.

Caregiver Requirements

  • At least 6 months of caregiving experience
  • Current HCA registration or willingness to obtain one
  • Reliable transportation to client assignments
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Willing to complete required background check/Live Scan, if applicable
  • Dependable and compassionate

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's care plan, you may assist with:

  • Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Toileting, mobility, and transfer assistance
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Companionship and client engagement
  • Grocery shopping, errands, and approved appointments
  • Other activities of daily living
