In Abcoude ondersteun je cliënten zodat zij zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis kunnen blijven wonen. Je biedt niet alleen zorg, maar ook aandacht, een luisterend oor en een vertrouwd gezicht.

Bij Careyn werk je in een betrokken wijkteam waar collega's elkaar kennen, helpen en waarderen. Samen zorg je ervoor dat cliënten de ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben, met oog voor hun wensen, gewoonten en welzijn. Terwijl je je omringt met een gezellig en hecht team waarin jouw inzet gewaardeerd wordt.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende Plus

Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je ouderen en mensen met dementie in Abcoude bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, zodat zij zo zelfstandig mogelijk thuis kunnen blijven wonen. Je helpt onder andere met wassen, aankleden en eten en drinken, voert Helpende Plus-handelingen uit en reikt medicatie aan volgens protocol. Daarnaast werk je met hulpmiddelen zoals tilliften, signaleer je veranderingen in de gezondheid en stem je af met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere betrokkenen. Je werkt in wisselende diensten tussen 07.00 en 23.00 uur, waarbij flexibiliteit een vereiste is. Omdat je cliënten in de regio bezoekt, is het beschikken over een auto noodzakelijk. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van cliënten.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht wijkteam van ongeveer acht collega's, bestaande uit leefondersteuners, Helpenden, Helpenden Plus, Verzorgenden IG en een regisseur. In Abcoude bouw je een persoonlijke band op met cliënten en zie je direct wat jouw zorg voor hen betekent. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kunt altijd rekenen op de steun van je collega's. Humor, betrokkenheid en samenwerken staan centraal, waardoor er naast hard werken ook ruimte is voor een praatje en een lach.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 30 : € 2.663 - € 3.410 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 18 tot 28 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
