Breng kleur, structuur en plezier in de dag van onze bewoners

In Merenhoef draait welzijn om de kleine momenten die een dag bijzonder maken. Een gezamenlijke activiteit, een gesprek aan de koffietafel of het opnieuw ontdekken van een favoriete hobby. Als Dagbestedingscoach zorg jij ervoor dat bewoners met een PG- of somatische zorgvraag kunnen blijven deelnemen aan activiteiten die bij hen passen. Je ziet de persoon achter de zorgvraag en weet hoe je iedere dag betekenisvoller kunt maken.

Dit ga je doen als Dagbestedingscoach

Als Dagactiviteitencoach zorg jij ervoor dat bewoners iedere dag iets hebben om naar uit te kijken. Je organiseert en begeleidt activiteiten die aansluiten bij hun wensen, mogelijkheden en interesses en weet precies hoe je bewoners kunt stimuleren om actief deel te nemen aan het dagelijks leven binnen Merenhoef. Tegelijkertijd heb je oog voor hun welzijn en signaleer je veranderingen die je bespreekt met collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met familieleden, vrijwilligers en zorgmedewerkers om bewoners de ondersteuning te bieden die zij nodig hebben. Met jouw enthousiasme, creativiteit en oprechte aandacht creëer je een warme en veilige omgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien, gehoord en betrokken voelen.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je komt terecht in een betrokken welzijnsteam bestaande uit dagactiviteitencoaches en medewerkers welzijn. Samen zetten jullie je dagelijks in om bewoners een fijne en zinvolle dag te bezorgen. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen ideeën en creativiteit. Heb jij een mooi initiatief of een activiteit waarvan bewoners kunnen genieten? Dan krijg je de vrijheid om dit uit te werken. De sfeer binnen het team is open, collegiaal en gericht op samenwerken, waarbij iedereen hetzelfde doel heeft: het vergroten van het welzijn van onze bewoners.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 40: € 2.981 - € 3.864 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 28 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat breng je mee

  • Een mbo-diploma niveau 3, bij voorkeur binnen Zorg & Welzijn of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Affiniteit met ouderen en ervaring of interesse in het werken met bewoners met een PG- en somatische zorgvraag.
  • Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Creativiteit en enthousiasme bij het organiseren van activiteiten.
  • Het vermogen om bewoners te stimuleren en te motiveren.
  • Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Basisvaardigheden in digitale systemen, zoals ONS.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
