Zie jij jezelf zorg verlenen in de ochtendstilte van Mijdrecht, waar een goed gesprek soms net zo belangrijk is als wondverzorging? In deze nuchtere dorpsgemeenschap, waar mensen pas hulp vragen als het echt nodig is, ben jij degene die dichtbij komt en het verschil maakt. Samen met jouw wijkteam van 13 tot 15 collega’s bied je zorg in Mijdrecht, Amstelhoek en De Hoef, van chronische zorg tot herstel na ziekenhuisopname. Je werkt nauw samen met betrokken mantelzorgers en krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende situaties, waaronder psychogeriatrische en psychiatrische problematiek. Bij Careyn De Ronde Venen krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken, terwijl je deel uitmaakt van een gezellig en hecht team waarin jouw inzet wordt gewaardeerd.

Dit ga je doen als Helpende Plus

Als Helpende Plus bied je, in samenwerking met de mantelzorger(s), ondersteuning aan mensen thuis, waardoor zij zich comfortabel en veilig voelen in hun dagelijkse leven. Je helpt bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL) zoals wassen, douchen, aankleden, toiletgang en eten. Ook reik je medicatie aan of dien je deze toe binnen je bevoegdheid, en signaleer je veranderingen in de gezondheid van cliënten. Door het opbouwen van een vertrouwensband voelen cliënten zich gehoord en gezien. Samen met collega’s en familie werk je aan de best mogelijke zorg.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je ondersteunt cliënten thuis, samen met mantelzorgers, zodat zij zich comfortabel en veilig voelen in hun dagelijks leven. Dit omvat het helpen bij algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL) zoals wassen, douchen, aankleden, toiletgang en eten. Daarnaast reikt je medicatie aan of dient deze toe binnen je bevoegdheid en signaleer je veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van cliënten. Door nauw samen te werken met collega’s en familie, zorg je voor een goede afstemming in de zorg. Tevens bouw je een vertrouwensband op met cliënten, zodat zij zich gehoord en ondersteund voelen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 30: € 2.663 tot € 3.410 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 8 tot 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en Digicoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
