The posting

Binnen Snavelenburg werk je als Fysiotherapeut in een omgeving waar behandeling, welzijn en kwaliteit van leven nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Je begeleidt cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen en krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen. De combinatie van intramurale zorg, eerstelijnsbehandeling en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe aandachtsgebieden maakt deze functie afwisselend en uitdagend.

Dit ga je doen als Fysiotherapeut

Je behandelt cliënten binnen zowel de langdurige zorg als de eerstelijn. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar altijd in nauwe samenwerking met collega-behandelaren en zorgprofessionals.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten binnen de Wlz-zorg, met name cliënten met een somatische zorgvraag.
  • Bieden van eerstelijns fysiotherapeutische behandeling op locatie en incidenteel bij cliënten thuis.
  • Samenwerken met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, ergotherapeuten, logopedisten en andere behandelaren binnen het multidisciplinaire team.
  • Meedenken over en bijdragen aan ontwikkelingen binnen de fysiotherapie, waaronder reablement en positieve gezondheid.
  • Participeren in de verdere ontwikkeling van werkzaamheden op het gebied van lig- en zithouding en rolstoeladvisering i.s.m. de ergotherapeuten.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 55: € 3.772 - € 5.413 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 uur per week, verdeeld over 3 werkdagen van 08.30 uur tot 17.00 uur.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Fysiotherapie.
  • Affiniteit met de ouderenzorg en het behandelen van kwetsbare ouderen.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken én actief samen te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Interesse in ontwikkelingen binnen de ouderenzorg en de toepassing daarvan in de praktijk.
  • Kennis van of interesse in lig- en zithouding, positionering en rolstoelvraagstukken.

Over het team

Je komt terecht in een warm team van vier fysiotherapeuten en een beweegagoog. Binnen het team is veel ruimte voor kennisdeling en ontwikkeling, met expertise op onder andere geriatriefysiotherapie en Parkinson. Daarnaast werk je samen met ruim vijftien behandelaren op locatie, waaronder specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, ergotherapeuten en logopedisten.

Je maakt bovendien deel uit van de vakgroep Fysiotherapie Utrecht-West, bestaande uit ongeveer twintig fysiotherapeuten. Deze vakgroep bevindt zich in een ontwikkelfase, waardoor je de mogelijkheid krijgt om actief mee te denken over de toekomst van het vakgebied binnen Careyn.

We zijn de samenwerking met Careyn Merenhoef (Maarssen) aan het versterken. De mogelijkheid bestaat dat je op termijn daar ook enkele uren tot één dag in de week komt te werken.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
